Design work on this $900MM project at MSD Lemay and Bissell plants will be at 90% complete in early September. Shoring systems for the deep foundations are proceeding currently at both sites. Foundation work at both sites will begin in early August. The first deliveries associated with the fluidized bed boiler equipment is scheduled to arrive in September. Scheduled substantial completion is set for spring 2028 with final completion in early 2029.
