A new five-story, approximately 60,000-square-foot professional office/light retail building is underway in O’Fallon, Illinois located just one block north of the intersection of I-64 and Green Mount Road.

This one-of-a-kind structure will be unique to the area with its incorporation of expansive glass for its exterior and the architectural blade element on the south end. Designed by Hurford Architects, the building also includes a roof-top patio. This building will become the new home for Kurowski Shultz, LLC and Visionary Wealth Advisors, with the first and second floor still available for leasing. Kunkel Commercial Group is coordinating the leasing and property management services.
